Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed the next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Estimated delivery time & Delivery terms for furniture

 

All orders will be processed within Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Day "0" is the working day on which the order was placed by 11 a.m. All orders placed after this point will be processed on the next working day and we will start counting delivery time from this date.

Example 1

The order was placed on Monday at 8 a.m. - the first working day is Tuesday. In this case, delivery should take place between Wednesday and Friday.

Example 2

The order was placed on Tuesday at 3 p.m. - day "0" is Wednesday. The first working day is Thursday, which means delivery will take place between Friday and Tuesday next week.

While we strive for timely order fulfillment, please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic restrictions, holiday congestion, or increased order volume, may lead to delays. We reserve the right to manage such situations accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Furniture accessories - delivery time for orders is 2 - 5 working days.

Furniture in packages - delivery time for ordered furniture is 6 - 9 working days.

Furniture Sets - delivery time for ordered furniture is 6 - 12 working days.

Fully assembled furniture - delivery time for fully asembled furniture up to 14 working days. Assembled furniture is delivered on pallets by truck. In the case of deliveries, the operators of transport companies will contact the customer by telephone to establish the delivery terms.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Furnica LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Furnica LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
